PolyWin Terms of Service
Last Updated: August 17, 2026
These Terms of Service are issued by Polywin LTD, a company registered in the British Virgin Islands.
These Terms govern access to and use of the PolyWin website, mobile applications, protocols and related products and services provided by Polywin LTD from time to time.
By accessing, downloading, connecting to or using PolyWin, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use PolyWin.
1. Eligibility
To use PolyWin, you must:
- be at least 18 years old
- meet any higher minimum age required by applicable law
- have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- not be located in a restricted jurisdiction
- not be a sanctioned or otherwise prohibited person or entity
- comply with applicable law
You may not use VPNs, proxies, location spoofing, false identity information or similar methods to circumvent geographic restrictions. See Regions for current geographic availability.
2. PolyWin Services
PolyWin is a product and technology ecosystem built around prediction markets. Services may include:
- prediction-market discovery and information
- market trading
- multi-asset trading and settlement
- wallet and digital-asset functionality
- smart-contract interaction
- WINFLOW Protocol

3. Current Network Status
As of the Last Updated date, PolyWin's primary on-chain transactions, assets and smart-contract activities currently operate on the Polygon network.
Current Network
Polygon
PolyWin Chain has not yet launched on mainnet.
PolyWin is developing its own EVM-compatible network: PolyWin Chain. The current target mainnet launch date is:
September 30, 2026
This is a target launch date, not an unconditional guarantee that mainnet will launch on that date. The launch may be adjusted based on:
- testnet performance
- network stress testing
- security review
- smart-contract audits
- infrastructure deployment
- technical stability
- compliance requirements
- other reasonable considerations
After mainnet launch, PolyWin may progressively migrate protocols, digital assets, smart contracts, trading and settlement activities from Polygon to PolyWin Chain. Migration details will be communicated through official PolyWin channels or the PolyWin App.
4. Market and Resolution Sources
PolyWin may obtain prediction events, market data, prices, rules and related information from one or more independent markets and data sources. A market may identify a Market Source and a Resolution Source, and different markets may use different sources.
Applicable source and resolution information is determined by the information shown for the relevant market at the time of participation. The PolyWin Market Layer may normalise market structure, identifiers and metadata across sources while preserving the necessary source and resolution mapping.
5. Trade Requests and Execution
A trade request may specify the market, outcome or direction, amount, settlement asset and other parameters. Submitting a request does not guarantee successful execution.
Before accepting a trade, PolyWin or the applicable protocol may evaluate:
- market status
- account balance
- asset validity
- network state
- protocol solvency
- available collateral
- risk limits
- other execution conditions
A trade may be rejected where applicable requirements are not satisfied.
6. Solvency and Collateral
Certain PolyWin products may use smart contracts and protocol-level solvency controls. Before an applicable trade is accepted, the protocol may evaluate potential liabilities and available collateral. If sufficient capacity is unavailable, the trade may be rejected.
Passing such checks does not eliminate smart-contract, blockchain, market, digital-asset or other risks.
7. Resolution and Settlement
Prediction markets are settled according to their applicable rules and specified Resolution Source. Resolution may be affected by official information timing, market rules, data sources, disputes, cancellations, invalid markets, corrections and other market-specific conditions.
Once applicable resolution conditions are satisfied, settlement may be processed under the relevant rules and protocol mechanisms.
8. Digital Assets
PolyWin may support one or more digital assets for trading, settlement or network use, including stablecoins, PWN, USDW, approved partner assets and other supported digital assets.
Digital assets may involve price, market, liquidity, smart-contract and network risks. PolyWin does not guarantee the value, stability or liquidity of any digital asset.
9. PWN and PolyWin Chain
PolyWin Chain is not currently live on mainnet.
PWN is intended to serve as the native network and gas asset of PolyWin Chain following mainnet launch. During the current Polygon phase, PWN must not be interpreted as the native gas asset of Polygon. Polygon network fees are governed by the applicable Polygon network mechanisms.
PWN functionality, fee mechanisms and other network economic parameters after PolyWin Chain launch are subject to the rules formally published at that time.
10. USDW
USDW is designed as a dollar-denominated stable settlement asset for the PolyWin ecosystem. Its actual availability, deployment, issuance, redemption, reserve structure and related mechanisms are subject to the product and technical rules formally introduced by PolyWin.
Future descriptions of USDW do not mean that all described functionality is already available.
11. Network Migration
PolyWin currently operates on Polygon. Following PolyWin Chain mainnet launch, assets and services may be migrated progressively using mechanisms such as:
- bridging
- lock-and-mint
- redeployment
- native issuance
- contract migration
- other officially announced mechanisms
Users should not send assets to unannounced or unverified PolyWin Chain addresses or contracts.
12. Fees
Use of PolyWin may involve trading fees, gas fees, deposit or withdrawal network fees, bridging fees, conversion fees and other fees disclosed before execution. Fees may vary based on network conditions, assets and transaction complexity.
13. Risk
Prediction markets and digital assets involve risk. Market prices represent current market assessments and do not guarantee that any event will or will not occur. Users may lose some or all assets used to participate in markets.
PolyWin does not provide investment, financial, legal or tax advice and does not guarantee returns.
14. Blockchain and Smart-Contract Risk
PolyWin services may depend on Polygon, future PolyWin Chain infrastructure, smart contracts, wallets, nodes, RPC infrastructure, market data, network infrastructure and other third-party technology.
These systems may experience software errors, vulnerabilities, congestion, chain reorganizations, node failures, infrastructure failures, attacks or other technical events. Confirmed blockchain transactions are generally irreversible.
15. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for checking markets, outcomes, amounts, assets, wallet addresses, blockchain networks, gas and other transaction parameters before confirmation. Incorrect blockchain transactions may not be recoverable.
16. Prohibited Conduct
- fraud or unlawful conduct
- money laundering or unlawful financing
- market manipulation
- attacking, interfering with or disrupting PolyWin
- exploiting vulnerabilities for improper gain
- circumventing geographic restrictions
- using false identity or information
- unauthorized system access
- infringing third-party intellectual property
- abusing the Services through automation or other means
- any conduct prohibited by applicable law
17. Restrictions
PolyWin may restrict functionality where reasonably necessary due to fraud, security threats, sanctions, geographic circumvention, attacks, market manipulation, applicable law or material violations of these Terms.
18. Third-Party Services
PolyWin may rely on or link to independent infrastructure, data sources, blockchains, wallets and technology providers. Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies. To the extent permitted by law, PolyWin does not control independent third-party systems, availability or conduct.
19. Availability
PolyWin does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanent availability of any service, feature, network or technical architecture. Maintenance, upgrades, market-source anomalies, blockchain networks, legal requirements, attacks or other factors may cause changes or interruptions.
20. Intellectual Property
PolyWin branding, website, App, software, interfaces, protocol documentation, visual content and related intellectual property belong to Polywin LTD or the relevant lawful rights holders, and may not be copied, modified, distributed or used commercially without authorization.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Polywin LTD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from market outcomes, price movements, user actions, network failures, third-party services, smart-contract issues, data-source failures, force majeure or legal and regulatory changes.
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
22. Changes
PolyWin may update these Terms due to product, network, technical, legal or regulatory developments. Material changes may be communicated through the website, App or other reasonable means. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the Terms then in effect.
23. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands. Subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the British Virgin Islands.
