PolyWin Regions

PolyWin is operated by Polywin LTD, a company registered in the British Virgin Islands.
PolyWin products and services are made available only where permitted under applicable law and PolyWin's compliance requirements. Because laws and regulatory requirements applicable to prediction markets, digital assets and related services differ across jurisdictions, PolyWin may restrict access to some or all services in certain countries or regions.
Eligibility
PolyWin may determine service eligibility using information including:
- current IP address
- device and network information
- account information
- current physical location
- identity or eligibility verification results
- other reasonably necessary compliance or risk information
Eligibility is generally determined based on the user's physical location when accessing the Services and may also be subject to additional compliance requirements.
The ability to access the PolyWin website or download the PolyWin App, TestFlight build or APK does not necessarily mean that all PolyWin transactional services are available to that user.

The following jurisdictions are currently subject to PolyWin service restrictions.

PolyWin may restrict the ability to open new trades, deposit assets, perform asset interactions or access other transactional functions in these jurisdictions. Read-only access to certain public information may remain available at PolyWin's discretion.
Close-Only Jurisdictions
The following jurisdictions are currently subject to Close-Only restrictions:
- Singapore
- Poland
- Thailand
- Taiwan
Close-Only means that eligible existing trades may be closed or processed, but new trades may not be opened.
Actual functionality is determined by the PolyWin App.

Circumvention Prohibited
Users must not attempt to circumvent geographic restrictions using:
- VPNs
- proxies
- location spoofing
- false identity or address information
- remote devices
- other methods designed to conceal or alter the user's actual location
Intentional circumvention may result in restrictions on transactional or account functionality.
Changes to Availability
Laws, regulations, sanctions requirements and PolyWin compliance policies may change. PolyWin may therefore add, remove or modify geographic restrictions where reasonably necessary for legal, compliance, security or risk-management purposes.
Current availability is determined by the information displayed by PolyWin at the relevant time.
User Responsibility
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of PolyWin complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
Technical accessibility of PolyWin from a particular jurisdiction does not constitute a representation, guarantee or legal opinion regarding the legality of using the Services in that jurisdiction.
